Congratulations to our 2nd Quarter Leadership by Example Winners: Austin Boyles, Buddy Bryant, Quintel Peoples, Zac Jacobs and Madisen Williams! Mr. Stolly was chosen by the students as the Faculty/Staff Leadership by Example winner. Way to go Thunderbirds!!!

Problem Solvers were hard at work this week. We worked on some classic conundrums, Rebus puzzles, picture puzzles, and mindtrap mysteries. Today they were challenged to defend one of their answers with some sort of drawing or manipulative. They did an excellent job. Can you solve the Beetle problem? This one might be a good one for those book-loving English lovers out there!!!

Students competed in the Poetry Out Loud contest at the meeting place this evening. Junior Emma DeLong was named the winner! She will advance to the regional competition next month. Thank you to our judges, Jacob King and Fred Arzola from Rhodes State College, Holly Norton from UNOH and Mrs. Schmerge from LCC.

Congratulations to Henry Du for scoring another 5 out of 6 on the Ohio Math League contest. That is FANTASTIC! And, WOW, Rosie Williams got a 3! This was a very challenging contest. Congrats our students for amazing problem solving!!!
