LCC Alumni Transcript Request Form

Transcripts can be requested and purchased ($13-15) through Parchment. You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Your signed consent may be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated and should be completed as part of your Parchment order.

Financial obligations to Lima Central Catholic must be satisfied before a transcript can be released. If you do have a financial hold on your student record, you will not be able to place an order until your hold has been resolved.

1. On the top right, click on the Order-Track-Verify tab, then click Order or Track a Transcript.

2. Select Ohio Northern University from the drop-down choices and click on Submit.

3. This will take you directly to the Ohio Northern University transcript ordering page. Read and then scroll to the bottom and click on START.
