Last weekend, 4 of the international students at LCC went to the immersive art experience 'Otherworld' in Columbus, Ohio. WOW! What a place. If you haven't been, they highly recommend!

This year the Foreign Language Department is organizing a trip to Europe in June. Our first fundraiser will be a chicken dinner sale on Sunday Feb 23rd. The cost per dinner is $9.00.

Celebrate Vocations!
Today, each of our Theology classes began in the Chapel where students sang, learned about the calling of vocations, prayed for vocations and spent time in reflection. Thank you to our amazing Theology Department, Ms. Brunelle, Mrs. Patterson and Mr. Kill for creating a beautiful and thought provoking celebration of vocations during Catholic Schools Week!





Student appreciation day! Our students were treated to ice cream sundays courtesy of Student Senate! Seniors also received a Kewpee lunch served by Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Schmiedebusch as part of the reward for having the highest percentage of students on Honor Roll first quarter!

Sophomore Carlie Van Meter was selected as one of the winners in the Dyer, Garofalo, Mann, & Schultz/Hometown Stations Calendar contest. Carlie won $250 and earned a $1000 check that will be donated to the LCC art program! Way to go Carlie!!!

Congratulations to our 2020 Hall of Fame Inductees!
The induction banquet will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2020 in the Old Gym. Doors open at 5:30pm followed by dinner at 6pm and awards at 6:45. More information will be available in the coming weeks.


Lima Central Catholic is accepting applications for the position of Head Track and Field Coach! Successful head coaching experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have Pupil Activity Permit or be able to attain one along with all other OHSAA and Diocesan mandated coaching credentials. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the mission of LCC in leading the high school boys and girls track and field program. Lima Central Catholic is seeking a long-term substitute teacher to cover an eight week maternity leave teaching English/Language Arts to freshmen and sophomores, beginning in March 2020. A bachelorβs degree is required, ELA preferred, with the necessary teaching credentials from the Ohio Department of Education (substitute or professional license).
