Lima Central Catholic

The Lima Central Catholic Educational Foundation (LCCEF) was established in 1981

The LCCEF is made up of the general unrestricted endowed funds and named restricted endowed funds, all comprised of numerous gifts made over the years from generous, forward-thinking alumni, parents, grandparents, and friends who wish to ensure the school’s ability to offer an exceptional education for future generations of Thunderbirds. 

Earnings from our endowment provide a permanent source of income that ensures LCC can fulfill its mission now and for decades to come. The principal of endowed funds is held in perpetuity and invested for long-term growth. Each year, a percentage of the general endowment’s total market value is used at the discretion of the Board of Trustees to advance the school’s mission.

Each Spring, the Educational Foundation hosts the Hall of Fame Banquet, recognizing outstanding alumni in the areas of Professional Achievement, Community Service, Athletic Achievement, and Service to LCC.
