WELCOME FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear Friends of LCC,

As we begin the 2024-25 school year, I am filled with great excitement and anticipation for the incredible journey that lies ahead. This year, our guiding theme will be “All in for Christ” a call to fully dedicate ourselves to embodying the teachings and spirit of Jesus Christ by committing wholeheartedly to the values of faith, love, and service. It is about striving for excellence in academics, growing in our spiritual journey, and fostering a community where each person is valued and supported.

We encourage all students to deepen their relationship with Christ through daily prayer, regular participation in the sacraments, and active engagement in their Theology class. Additionally, Jesus taught us the importance of serving others. This year, we will have numerous opportunities to engage in acts of service within our school, parish, and broader community. Having students participate in service projects allows them to live out their faith through tangible acts of love and kindness. Lastly, pursuing excellence in our studies is a way to honor the gifts and talents God has bestowed upon us. Students are encouraged to approach their studies with diligence and curiosity, seeing their education as a means to glorify God.

As we go “All in for Christ,” let us remember that we are not alone on this journey. We have each other and the grace of God to guide and support us. This year will undoubtedly bring challenges, but it will also offer countless opportunities for growth, learning, and deepening our faith.

I invite you all to embrace this theme with open hearts and minds. Together, let us make the 2024-25 school year one of profound faith, outstanding achievement, and unwavering service.

Blessings,
