Calamity Days Update: LCC has used its 5th calamity day. Moving forward, if we cancel anymore days students will be expected to attend classes remotely, meaning they will not come to campus but will log into their email or Google classroom for posted assignments. Assignments will be posted by 10:00am on the day of the cancellation. It is the students responsibility to complete all assignments and meet deadlines as though they were in class. By going remote on “snow days,” we will not be forced to make up days later in the school year.
Last week, the National Honor Society members made cards for healthcare workers to thank them for their service during the COVID-19 crisis. NHS president Nicole Patricio-Agosto and vice-president Lauren Chaney helped collect the cards, which were delivered to Lima Memorial.

This is Emma's second year winning the school competition, and she will advance to the regional competition in Findlay. Other competitors were freshmen Billy Bourk and Carson Caprella. We appreciate the continued support of our community for our Athletic and Band programs. Donations can be made at https://lcchs.causesuite.com/product/giving/

Happy new year, Thunderbirds!
What are your wishes for the new year?
The LCC Guidance Office created the Wishing Door after being inspired by New York City's Times Square "New Year's Eve Wishing Well". During the month of December they asked students and staff to share their hopes and dreams on the door.
