Our 2nd NHS group, led by Caitlyn Purvenas, included Libby Simmons, Ava Hefner, Claire Janowski, Teagan Helmig, and Hayley Chambers. These students focused on spreading positivity throughout the school! They started the year off with putting positive signs up in the girls bathroom, based on the season of the year. They then put sticky notes with positive messages on the cars of both students and staff.
Mu Alpha Theta had their end of year awards ceremony for the 12 math contests that were taken throughout the year including Ohio Math League, Catholic Math League, OCTM and the AMC. All of the members did a fantastic job with some really challenging math problems this year. A special congratulations to our multiple award winners: Alex Arellano, Carson Caprella, Mya Raczynski, Emily Morrisey and Alexa Heffner.
